The first time the Vuvuzela Orchestra performed at a soccer match in South Africa! This was the Nelson Mandela challenge at the Ellis Park stadium pitting Bafana Bafana against the USA soccer team.

Sixty Celtic F.C. fans were trained in Bloemfontein over five days learning to play and dance eight songs. The Celtic supporters are considered the best fans in South Africa.  They are so supportive of their team that they almost never loose home games. A thousand fans were bussed to Ellis Park to sing with the Vuvuzela Orchestra in support of Bafana Bafana against USA in November 2007.  The whole process was the subject of an E.Tv 30′ long documentary.
